Check your email
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This is usually sent within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.

Visit 17track.net
Go to 17track.net and paste your tracking number into the search box. 17track supports all carriers used for international shipments.

Follow your shipment
You will see your package's current location and estimated delivery window. International orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days of dispatch.
Common questions
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If you have not received a shipping confirmation after 3 business days, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us at ellisgrantcompany@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it.
It can take 24–72 hours after dispatch for a tracking number to become active in the carrier's system. If your number still shows no results after 3 days, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier directly.
After dispatch, international orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. During peak periods this may take a little longer. Your tracking page on 17track will show the most up-to-date estimated delivery window.
First check with anyone at your address and look around your building entrance or mailroom — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If it genuinely has not arrived, contact us at ellisgrantcompany@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation.
